This role helped me develop attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Being part of Arthanomics enhanced my understanding of event logistics and execution, allowing me to contribute to a highly organized and impactful economic summit.
Jai Hind Business Conclave
In the Executions Department of Jai Business Conclave, I was responsible for on-ground event coordination, speaker management, and session execution. I worked closely with multiple teams to ensure the seamless flow of events, handling last-minute challenges and maintaining efficiency. This role required strong multi-tasking, adaptability, and leadership skills, as I managed logistics, stage setups, and technical support during the conclave. The experience gave me hands-on exposure to organizing high-level business conferences and strengthened my ability to execute large-scale corporate events with precision.
Entrepreneurship Cell
Being in the Events Department of the Entrepreneurship Summit, I played a key role in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale entrepreneurial events. I worked on event structuring, scheduling speaker sessions, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. Managing high-profile speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions enhanced my event management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This experience gave me insights into the startup ecosystem and helped me develop a keen understanding of how to create impactful networking and learning experiences for budding entrepreneurs.
Incubator and Accelerator Cell
As part of the PR Department of the Incubator and Accelerator Centre, I worked on building brand visibility, managing communications, and promoting startup initiatives. My role involved crafting compelling messages, handling social media outreach, and ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders. I collaborated with entrepreneurs, mentors, and industry experts to highlight key programs and success stories. This experience honed my public relations, content creation, and networking skills, allowing me to understand how strategic communication can enhance the growth of startups and incubators.
Jai Hind Digital Nexus
As the Head of Brand Relations at Nexus, my key responsibility was bringing in renowned speakers and securing brand collaborations to elevate the event. I worked on identifying and reaching out to industry leaders, negotiating speaker engagements, and ensuring impactful sessions for the audience. Additionally, I managed sponsorships and partnerships, creating valuable opportunities for brands to connect with the event. Leading a team, I developed outreach strategies and maintained strong corporate relationships. This experience honed my networking, negotiation, and communication skills, giving me hands-on exposure to speaker curation, corporate relations, and event branding.
